All custom ball caps are one-size-fits-most, cotton twill with high-quality, close thread embroidered classic dolphin insignia. Caps available in navy blue, black, red, khaki, Woodland Camo, or white.At this time the red white and blue hat has been discontinued.

Our American Flag Caps are one size fits most and are adjustable with a hook and loop closure (the Camo option is a adjustable via a Tuck Strap). All of our American Flag caps are made of a brushed cotten twill (the Camo option is a Cotton/Poly canvas) with our high-quality, close thread embroidered classic dolphin insignia.All American Flag Cap color options will have an American Flag woven into the visor. Our BigHead ball caps are designed for those shipmates with a larger head who find the regulation ball caps just a little too restrictive, and for those who prefer a cloth adjustment strap instead of a plastic one. All of our BigHead ball caps are the same high quality, cotton twill found in the ones we provide to the fleet with our high-quality, close thread embroidered classic dolphin insignia. Caps available in navy blue, black, red, khaki, or white.

We use the same high-quality, close thread embroidered lettering and classic dolphin insignia as on our regulation caps. Caps available in blue, black, olive, green, or white. Please note: these caps ARE NOT authorized for wear in the fleet!
